As a pro athlete, I worked with a mental skills coach to improve my racing

and help me handle the pressures associated with performance, sponsors, travel, money (sometimes lack thereof), and life itself!

My education and experience has afforded me the advantage of reverse engineering my successes and failures. I get what it’s like to lay it all on the line. It’s my aim to give every bit of what I have and know to the people with whom I work.
